On the Reactive EMG T&H screen, select the two channels you want to work. The channels should be properly placed on the muscles you want to train.

Select “Agonist” mode and decide the direction of movement for each of the connected channels. Click “Start”. Go to the calibration screen. Click “START”: Ask the patient to try to perform a movement that activates the selected muscles (for both channels). Press “Finish Calibration”. You will automatically go to the training screen. You can leave only the EMG channel graphs on the screen, making it more readable for the patient.

The patient must activate both muscles to bring EMG activity above the threshold line and maintain this activation until the end of the set ROM. To return the extension to the starting position, simply relax one muscle until the EMG activity drops below the threshold line and maintain this relaxation until the end of the set ROM.
