Foot stabilization

To stabilize the foot on the eztension, use the straps. You can attach them crosswise or diagonally – depending on your needs. Pull them as tightly as possible so that the foot fits snugly to the extension and fasten with Velcro.

During exercises using the extension for the ankle joint, it is worth leaving shoes on, because it helps to stabilize the foot better. However, you should make sure that it fits quite well and does not hinder the movements.
